Today, we’ll tell you a bit more about our Gold Trusted Service Award and why it means so much.
What is a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award?
Feefo is a customer review platform that recognises businesses for providing exceptional customer service.
Feefo works across a range of industries and gathers feedback from genuine customers to gain authentic insights into their experience. Following a purchase, it asks them to comment on and rate the customer service they received out of five stars.
Feefo then shares and promotes these comments (good and bad), helping other customers make future purchasing decisions with greater confidence.
Every January, Feefo rewards the customer service top dogs with one of two prestigious awards, with only the star performers claiming Gold:
- Trusted Service Award (a minimum of 50 reviews within a one-year period with an average rating of 4.0-4.4 out of 5)
- *Gold* Trusted Service Award (a minimum of 50 reviews within a one-year period with an average rating of 4.5+ out of 5)
And, the greatest thing about these awards is that they come directly from customers – there’s no better endorsement than that!
