    How does renting work?Crayon

It's as simple as choosing your equipment and agreeing a rental plan.

In brief icon?

Renting equipment is extremely common within schools and is a lot more straightforward that you might think. We as a company have been helping schools acquire equipment for over 20 years, many of which use us for a whole range of different equipment.

However, if your school is new to renting, we want to show you just how easy it can be.

The process of renting equipment:

1: Tell us the equipment you need
Our team of product specialists will chat through your requirements and put together a list of items which match your criteria. Alternatively, specify the equipment to us if you already know exactly what you.
2: Review the options we have presented
Have a look through the list of equipment we have found and let us know your thoughts. Our team can answer any questions or clarify any features which aren't clear, or look for alternitives if you aren't happy with initial choices.
3: Choose the equipment and rental term
Let us know which equipment you would like to rent and the desired rental term e.g. 3 or 5 years. We will then put together a rental quotation detailing all of the costs and send it over for your consideration,
4: Sign rental agreement
Once you are happy to proceed, all you need to do is let us know and we will get a rental agreement written up for you. This just needs to be signed and witnessed by an authorised member of staff at your school and returned to us.
5: Equipment is supplied
Upon receipt of a signed agreement, we will make the necessary arrangements with the suppliers and your school to get the equipment delivered and installed (if included as part of the rental).
6: Rental payments
The rental payments are very straight forward with the first being invoiced up front and then all subsequent rentals are invoiced on the same date each year. Our accounts team is happy to answer any further questions you may have,
7: During the rental
Our service and commitment does not stop once we have placed the equipment. We are always here to assist you during your rental and to provide you with any support you require. We are confident that you will feel well looked after!
